7 cups chicken stock

3 chicken thigh fillets, diced

3-4 slices fresh ginger


500g of thin egg or rice noodles

3 butterfly pork steaks or 12 green (raw) butterfly prawns

Freshly ground black pepper

½ teaspoons of five-spice powder

3 garlic cloves, crushed
